MANAGEMENT TEAM
Dayna Holland,CA, has been specializing in Corporate Tax compliance work for the past 9 years. Dayna started her career in a Big 4 firm. Dayna left public practice in 1999 and has worked in a variety of industries over the past 9 years. Dayna’s industry experience has been in the telecommunications and service sectors, for multi-national companies, both private and public corporate structures. She has prepared and reviewed numerous tax provisions and tax returns in the experience with a variety of companies. Her expertise is in income tax and commodity tax compliance. In her previous positions, Dayna developed, documented and implemented tax processes for companies that had previously outsourced their corporate tax compliance but were at the stage where the companies wanted to bring this function “in-house”. She has also implemented a number of corporate reorganizations plans for these companies. Her current portfolio of clients includes companies in mining, service, high-tech, telecommunications, property development, and transportation sectors.
